Sia Blom BHSC (Physiotherapist)
Sia is a registered physiotherapist and consults from our Pelvic Floor Clinic at 131 Shakespeare Road.
She is taking monthly one hour group sessions and is also available for individual consultations.
Exercising the pelvic floor muscles correctly will help strengthen this area.
